File cut off issue during upload to server (Read 19 times)

Suraj kumar YaBB Newbies Offline Posts: 2	File cut off issue during upload to server 03/18/10 at 12:09:21 Hi everyone, i need your help. i have one website for transcription purpose, in which user upload voicefile to our ftp by using Unlimited ftp pro. its working fine. Problem is that , some of client file become cut off sometime. can any one tell me why these thimgs happening .how we resolved this issue.

Hi Suraj,
Sorry our chat got cut off.
to enable the Java Console
it should appear during a transfer if you ahve it enabled. you can enable it in the Control Panel/Java/ advanced/java console and select Show Console

Once you have this try another transfer that breaks and send me the results of the log.

Can you also give me the version and operating system, Tomcat and Java versions you are using?

Hi Marc,
i got your point. but its works perfectly means their is no file cutt off issue in my end.sometimes its arises, when our client upload file on server. we have around 1000 customer in our site. when we play this file in player, its actual shows size may be 20 minute ,but its only plays with 2 minute or 10 minute . that the our Problem.same file he send through you send it. its no file cut off issue.

It's difficult to tell what is happening otherwise. It can easily also be thier connection. it could be corrupting the file during transfer.
