How to preset the server and port and prompt the end user only for username and password?
Solution Included with the download archive are two sets of files (filenames may vary slightly depending on version; below are the files as they appear in the Pro version):

1. javascript_example_login.html paired with javascript_example_pro.html
2. PHP_example_login.php paired with PHP_example_pro.php

These pages are dynamic in nature, meaning that instead of setting variables in the javascript file (uftpscript.js) they are can be set dynamically in a login page, and then passed to a second "landing" page that may also contain static variables.

In the included examples, username and password are requested by the login page. The server and port are also set in this login page. These are then sent to the "landing" page where the full script is set. In this second page, the dynamic variables are populated alongside whichever static variables you choose to set.

Following the example pages and making your own modifications, you may set any number of variables to be "dynamic", so that more than just the username and password may be set by the login page depending on your needs. Naturally, the pages may also be modified to display your own company name, logo, and other visual elements. The javascript and PHP examples provided should also serve as starting points for developers who want to use alternate technologies such as ASP.
