The latest versions of FileCatalyst Webmail and Workflow have been released today.
The latest versions of FileCatalyst Webmail and FileCatalyst Workflow add a few new features and updates, along with some improvements to stability. Here is a partial list of the changes:
- NEW: Submit or Send entire folders from File Area
- NEW: Anonymous jobs now stored in the database
- NEW: option to allow job submissions through the FCWEB API
- NEW: applet parameters can be stored on a per-site basis for deployments with multiple servers
- NEW (Webmail): elegant sortable table for download packages
- NEW: Alert for users accessing download page (separate from download completion)
- NEW: Filter and restrict administrative activity by IP
- NEW: Regex filtering for permitted file types
- NEW: view history log in file area
- Improved: various minor improvements to Java applets
- Improved logging:
- more granularity for logging of jobs submitted through the web applet
- when maximum number of connections are reached, behaviour is logged in greater detail
- log for saving of files to database contains more information
- Fixed: Address Book not being served over HTTPS for IE6
