Details The latest incremental upgrade to our Webmail and Workflow products has been released.

FileCatalyst Webmail and Workflow have been updated to version 4.4.4.

In this incremental release, a few changes have been made to administration of order/upload forms. Some modifications to security features make this a recommended upgrade. The new version is available from the download portal provided by your FileCatalyst representative. Please contact us if you need instructions on where to obtain the release. Included in the update:


  • NEW In Webmail: Ability to set the recipients field to a drop-down select, instead of a text entry area.

  • NEW: Option added to "date" field 'allowpastdate' which allows to select dates in the past

  • Improved Security: All applet connection parameters hidden to users

  • Improved Security: Various security improvements to HTTP Servlet Protocol

  • Improved: Upgraded the FileCatalyst Server and Java Applets

  • Improved: Higher redundancy and sanity-checking in security checks for various events

  • Fixed: Save Button Missing in Edit Internal FTP Server

  • Fixed In Webmail: Downloading of packages containing links AND actual files could result in 0 byte files being created on the recipient's computer
