Hours of Operation

  • Live Chat: Available on Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time except for Statutory Holidays.
    The chat widget is available on the Support Portal landing page. Please note you will need your FileCatalyst Server key or Workflow key to proceed.

  • Ticket Submission: To submit a trouble ticket to our Support Team please log in to the Support Portal and click on the Submit Ticket widget. Our typical response time is two business days.
    If you do not have an account on the Support Portal you can register for one here.

    The Support team will be available Monday to Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time except for Statutory Holidays
