Overview

For any clients who wish to access our software download portal, you will need to have a valid support contract and be registered on our Support Portal.

Please note if you do not see the download password widget you can submit a ticket to our team and we will get your account updated.

Resolution

To retrieve the download credentials for the http://filecatalyst.software/ site please visit the FileCatalyst Support portal https://support.filecatalyst.com/

1. Log in with your existing support portal account.
   
   
   
   
2. Select the "Download Credentials" button from the action bar.
   
   
   
   This will prompt a page switch, and a popup will spawn with the current download user name and password.
