Office Closure: Civic Holiday 2021

Our office will be closed on Monday, August 2nd, 2021 as we observe Civic Day Holiday in Ontario.

Advisory: Older TransferAgent Installs Not Launching

Many customers have reported that the TransferAgent Client is not loading. For those customers who are using v3.8.1 or older, you will need to upgrade your deployment.

The TransferAgent Client runs off an embedded webserver to which your local browser communicates to through https://localhost.filecatalyst.net:12680/. Advisory: Build Issues With FileCatalyst Central v3.8.2 build 152

We have removed the installer packages for FileCatalyst Central from our Download Portal. 

Node registration and connectivity issues were identified and escalated to our engineering team. We are actively working on addressing these issues.

We are pleased to inform you that the new version of our FileCatalyst Direct v3.8.2 is now available for download from our website. 

In this release, we would like to highlight the launch to our migration towards browser based (HTML) administration tools. This will remove the need to install a thin client to administer the FileCatalyst Server and HotFolder. We have also included several patches and fixes.
