We would like to announce a few changes coming which may impact your usage FileCatalyst moving forward. We identified some key bottlenecks in our processes and we decided to discontinue support for certain features to keep up with the pace of our demanding clients. These changes are effective November 30th, 2020 and you can see the full list here.
In other news, the FileCatalyst office will be closed from December 24th to December 28th for the 2020 Holiday Season.
The Support Team will return on December 29th, see the table below for our holiday hours.
