Should you need urgent assistance where your production is down due to an unplanned event (severity one), please contact your FileCatalyst Account Executive and submit a ticket through our Support Portal with "Production Outage" in the subject. Depending on the nature of the request, these calls may be billable. Please reference our Support SLA for definitions of our different severity levels.
