As of November 5th, 2018, our hours of operation are changing to 7 am to 5 pm Eastern Time from Monday to Friday excluding holidays.
If you have purchased extended support or have a 24 x 7 support contract please use the contact procedure outlined in your Support Agreement to contact us. Should you require any after-hours assistance please contact your Account Representative at FileCatalyst.
