Advisory: Older TransferAgent Installs Not Launching

Many customers have reported that the TransferAgent Client is not loading. For those customers who are using v3.8.1 or older, you will need to upgrade your deployment.
The TransferAgent Client runs off an embedded webserver to which your local browser communicates to through https://localhost.filecatalyst.net:12680/. As you can see in this URL the link is secured using an SSL certificate linked to the localhost.filecatalyst.net domain. These certificates expire every two years.
If you have a valid and current support contract you should consider upgrading your deployment immediately as this SSL certificate has already been renewed in our latest build.
