Our testing and development team identified a security issue in a TransferAgent. The vulnerability has been patched and the new build is released. We strongly urge all customers that are using v3.8.4 build 47 to upgrade to the latest build.

The password to our Software Download Portal changes periodically.

To access the most recent password associated with your company profile, please log into the Support Portal and click on the Get Download Credentials button.

If you do not have an account on the Support Portal, you can register for one here.

If you do not see the Get Download Credentials button after logging in, please submit a ticket.

Before you perform an upgrade, we strongly recommend that you perform a backup of any FileCatalyst applications you are using as instructed in your upgrade process.
